Terms of Use
These terms cover use of the Crewgine website at www.crewgine.com. Crewgine Digital Studio is based in Punjab, India. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
A paid project is governed by the proposal or invoice we send you for that work. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or invoice applies to the project. These terms are a description of how the studio works. They are not legal advice.
What the site is
The site describes our studio: websites, SEO, answer-engine and generative-engine optimisation, performance work, and branding. Case studies, journal posts, and process notes are examples and explanations. They are not a promise that your project will receive the same traffic, ranking, enquiry volume, or speed score.
Enquiries
The contact form is described in our Privacy Policy. Wording on the site about how soon we reply, including “within 24 hours”, is a target. It is not a guaranteed service level. We may decline a project. We may refuse or block an address that sends repeated or abusive submissions. The form allows a few submissions in a short period and then asks you to wait.
Scope, price, and payment
Budget ranges on the contact form, and the note that work usually starts with 50% in advance and 50% after delivery, explain the usual approach. They are not a quotation. The fee, what is included, how many revisions are included, and what counts as a change of scope are whatever we put in writing for your project. The site currently describes up to five complimentary revisions as the usual allowance, with structural changes quoted separately, and asks for feedback in about 3 to 5 working days. A proposal for your project can set a different allowance.
This website does not take card payments and does not use a payment gateway. We send invoices separately. A “paid” mark in our records is our note that we have received payment. It is not a bank confirmation shown on this site. Refunds are described in the refund policy.
Support after launch
Where a proposal includes technical support after launch, the length and what it covers are in that proposal. The website does not promise unlimited or lifetime support.
Messages and reviews
Do not send anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may edit, refuse, or remove a review. We may keep a copy as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our content and your files
Text, design, and media on this site belong to Crewgine or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission. Clients keep the rights in their own names and brands. Ownership of files we make for a paid project is set in the proposal. We do not transfer those files merely because they are described on this website, and we are not obliged to hand over unfinished work where fees that are due have not been paid.
Other sites
Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, WhatsApp, or a live project leave this website. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available. We do not warrant that it will be free of errors or always online. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, or data that arises only from use of the website. Nothing here limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit, including fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach another forum under Indian law, the courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above.
